1.      download and use Suttonology applications distributed on the Apple App Store ("App(s)"); and 

2.      while accessing our website at www.suttonology.ca ("Site").

1.     Download and Using Suttnonology Apps

·       We do not collect use and/or disclose any of your personal information when using any of our apps. 

·       However, when you download, purchase, or update any of our Apps, Apple may collect certain personal information (such as your Apple ID and device type) to facilitate the transaction. Any collection, use and disclosure by Apple Inc. is governed by Apple’s privacy policy:  https://www.apple.com/ca/legal/privacy/data/en/app-store/.

·       Under certain circumstance Apple may share certain data with us. This data will not identify you but may include:

o   Aggregated Analytics: non-identifying information regarding app downloads, purchases, and updates.

o   Crash Reports: If the App crashes, we may receive a technical report to help us fix the bug. These reports are anonymized and are only shared with us if you have opted-in via your iOS Privacy settings.

2.     Accessing the Suttnonology Site

·       We may collect and use your personal information if you voluntarily contact us via the email link on our Site. If you chose to contact us by email, we will receive your email address and any information you choose to include in your email.

·       We may use this personal information in order to reply back to you, to better understand what issue you are contacting us about and to improve our services.

·       We will not disclose this personal to any third party except as required by law.

Google Analytics  

·       We may also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our Site. The information provided to us by Google Analytics will not identify you.

·       Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information such as browser type, pages visited, time spent on the Ssite, and referring pages.
